  • Check whether the calendar is connected.
  • Use Import now.
  • Confirm the Google account.
  • Reconnect Google if prompted.
  • Review visibility rules.

Calendar Events Are Not Syncing Out

  • Check default outbound calendar.
  • Confirm event assignment.
  • Check Google authorization.
  • Allow for sync delay.

Records Are Missing
