These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OMNISANT's app, website, and related services (the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password confidential
- Activity that happens under your account
- Keeping the information you provide accurate
Household admins are responsible for who they invite into the household and the access they give each person.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. The Services
OMNISANT is software for running a household, including a daily timeline, a shared schedule, shopping lists, transport, service and maintenance records, a directory, notes, and a household profile. Features may change over time.
4. Free trial
New households start with a free trial. The trial lasts for a limited time, requires no payment details, and some features may be limited during it.
When the trial ends, you choose a membership and add billing details the next time you sign in if you want to keep using the Services. Nothing is charged during the trial.
A demo with concierge onboarding is available during the trial for a fee, which we will confirm with you before you book.
5. Memberships and billing
- Household Membership is billed monthly at the price shown on our Membership page, currently $150 per month, and covers one home and up to five people.
- Founding Membership includes the same Services. Its monthly price stays at the rate in place when you joined for as long as your membership continues without a break.
- Multi-Home Membership is priced by agreement before you commit.
- Prices do not include applicable taxes.
- We may change membership prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not affect a Founding Membership's locked rate.
Memberships renew each month until you cancel. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for each month.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not give refunds for partial months, except where the law requires it.
After your membership ends, you can ask us to delete your household's data, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or use the Services for unlawful activity
- Try to access accounts or data that are not yours
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
- Upload malicious code
- Reverse engineer the Services, except where the law allows it
- Use the Services to harass or harm others
We may suspend or end access for accounts that break these Terms.
8. Your content
You own the information you add to the Services. You give OMNISANT a limited permission to host, process, and display it only to provide and improve the Services for you.
You are responsible for having the right to add the information you add, including information about other people in your household.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, and forms part of these Terms.
10. Availability
We work to keep the Services reliable, but we do not guarantee they will always be available or error free. We may carry out maintenance, and we may change or remove features.
11. Third-party services
The Services can connect to third-party services, such as Google and Microsoft calendars. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or how they handle information.
12. Intellectual property
The Services, including the software, design, and branding, belong to OMNISANT and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as these Terms allow.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNISANT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNISANT IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OMNISANT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID OMNISANT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify OMNISANT against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, the information you add to the Services, or your violation of someone else's rights.
16. Ending access
We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms, security concerns, fraud or abuse, or legal reasons. Where we end a paid membership for reasons other than your breach, we will refund any unused part of the month.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell account holders about significant changes by email before they take effect.
