  • Interfere with platform security
  • Upload malicious code
  • Abuse or disrupt the Services
  • Reverse engineer the platform except where prohibited by law

By submitting content, you grant OMNISANT a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

Your use of the Services is also governed by the OMNISANT Privacy Policy.

By subscribing:

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable, subscriptions may automatically renew, and taxes may apply.

9. Third-Party Services

OMNISANT is not responsible for third-party outages, third-party data handling, or third-party terms or policies.

Use of third-party integrations may require separate agreements.

The Services, including software, branding, designs, interfaces, and content provided by OMNISANT, are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit OMNISANT intellectual property except as permitted.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNISANT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • AVAILABILITY OR ACCURACY

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMNISANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS
  • LOSS OF DATA
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION

IN NO EVENT SHALL OMNISANT'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO OMNISANT DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OMNISANT and its affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your submitted content
  • Your violation of third-party rights

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms, security concerns, fraudulent or abusive activity, or operational or legal reasons.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
