- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
IN NO EVENT SHALL OMNISANT'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO OMNISANT DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OMNISANT and its affiliates from claims arising from:
